George Copin transferred to Exotix from ICAP London at the end of 2008 to provide funding and financing solutions for Exotix customers. He spent 15 years as a Licensed Broker Dealer in Emerging Markets for Garban/ICAP in both New York and London. In 2003, he moved to ICAP’s London office where he helped manage, create and develop the current models for its Emerging Markets and Credit-Repo businesses. George has over 20 years of experience in the financial markets which has included brokering Emerging Market Repos at Tradition, New York, MBS and Corporate Sales at NatWest Bank USA, New York and Fixed Income and Money Market Trading at Southeast Bank NA, Miami, Florida. George holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with minors in Math and Business Administration from Florida State University.
