Guy Essomé
Executive Director, Head of Origination and Structuring
Guy joined Exotix in July 2010 as Head of Origination and Structuring. Guy is tasked with developing the origination, advisory and structuring platform for Exotix. Prior to joining Exotix, Guy was a Director at Iroko Securities where he was responsible for new product development including repackaging & securitisation, credit linked notes as well as foreign exchange and commodities hedging products for the African market. Guy as over 15 years experience in debt capital markets covering both developed and emerging markets. From 1994 to 2002, he was a structurer and marketer at Merrill Lynch Singapore, New York and London where he was engineering derivatives embedded financings, structured credit products and project finance for EEMEA clients. Guy holds an Ms Degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Northwestern University (Kellogg).
