Jide Bada
Group General Counsel and Head of Compliance
Jide Bada rejoined Exotix in November 2010 as Group General Counsel and Head of Compliance, and is responsible for all legal and regulatory services. Jide previously worked at ICAP, as Assistant General Counsel and Head of Compliance, where he was instrumental in the creation of new products including a number of custody receipt and repackagings arranged by Exotix (then an ICAP group company). Jide also worked at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe, Allen & Overy and Cameron McKenna, where he focused largely on a wide range of financing transactions. He has a degree in law from Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria, a Masters in Law from London School of Economics and an Executive MBA from London Business School. Jide is admitted to practice law in Nigeria, New York and England.
