Dilantha Goonetillake qualified as an English law practicing solicitor in 1993 with a major City Law Firm and has worked since for a variety of investment banks and financial institutions in Emerging Markets and Structured Finance legal roles. He has broad experience of investment banking capital markets and credit derivatives and has specialized over the last 6 years in structured credit derivatives and distressed asset recovery. In addition to a specific transactional focus, Dilantha Goonetillake acts as general counsel to Exotix Limited and has comprehensive responsibility for the legal affairs of the company.
