Ike graduated from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne with a Bachelors (Hons) degree in Economics. He then went to Calyon Corporate and Investment back where he was part of the Interest Rate Derivatives UK corporate sales team and was involved in valuations and detailed modeling and selling of interest rate on deals worth £5m - £200m. The structuring and hedging of these deals meant the constant use of complex exotic swaps like digital corridors, barriers, knock outs and ins. His love for the emerging markets and in particular all things African is what drew him to Exotix where he is in the sales and trading team.
