Exotix is based in London with offices in New York, Buenos Aires, Dubai and a representative in Tokyo.

London

Exotix London is the centre of the Exotix global network, linking our offices in the Americas and Asia with Europe, and taking advantage of London's position as a global financial centre. From London we identify, research and disseminate information about investment opportunities for our global client base of investors, hedge funds and financial institutions, matching buyers with sellers in the exotic debt markets and in the rapidly developing field of high yield debt and equity investments in emerging businesses in Africa, Asia, the Middle East and Latin America where conventional lending is being replaced by structured financial products.

New York

Exotix New York desk was established in 1999, focusing primarily on the intermediation of global exotic debt instruments among investors in the Americas and between them and Exotix global client base. That mandate has subsequently expanded to encompass the sourcing of distressed loans, structured and equity linked products and the marketing of those products to investors in the Americas. That product base not only encompasses Latin America, Central America and the Caribbean, but also opportunities generated from the entire Exotix network in Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe.

Buenos Aires

The Buenos Aires office covers the LATAM south cone market, which includes Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay, and devotes itself to finding high value investment opportunities in fixed income, equity and private equity situations. The office was established in February 2003 and it is composed of a team led by Carlos Calderon, who has over twenty years experience in emerging markets.

Dubai

The branch office at the Dubai International Finance Center (DIFC) was established in August 2010 to cater to Exotix’ local client base and support the firm’s fixed income and equity trading platform globally. The branch is authorized and regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA).
