Head of Operations (Dubai)
Robert joined Exotix in April 2010 as the Head of Operations for the Dubai branch. Before joing Exotix, Robert worked for a DIFC Investment subsidery speclaising in Shari’a compliant transactions where he was responsible for the creation of the Back office operations division. Prior to this Robert spent 10 years in London operations and worked at leading global banks including, HSBC, RBS, Citigroup, and UBS. Robert spent 3 years at UBS where he spearheaded the ECP trade support team. At UBS, he was responsible for successfully enhancing the efficiency of the internal systems. Robert also managed a Quality Assurance role which was responsible for project management; incorporating bank wide continuous improvements. Robert brings to Exotix extensive experience in operations and settlement.
