Stuart Culverhouse
Chief Economist, Head of Research
Stuart joined Exotix in July 2006 as Chief Economist. He has six years of emerging market experience in the UK Government Economic Service, with five years as Economic Adviser (2001-06) covering Latin America and East Africa in the Export Credits Guarantee Department (ECGD), the UK's official Export Credit Agency, and prior to that covering Latin America in HM Treasury. Whilst at HMT he also worked on the UK economy, debt management and Public Private Partnerships. Stuart joined HMT in 1996 from Goldman Sachs (London), where he worked for a total of nearly four years in the Economics Department after graduating in 1991. He also has an MSc in Economics from Southampton University.
